Summer Mini 2014

If you're bored and wanting to spend a few hours here with me, then settle in and I'll take you on a journey through my Summer 2014 mini album!  I didn't realize I had completed so many pages until I started to upload them here to my blog.  Wow!  Sorry about that, but I was just so inspired by Marcy's mini book workshop at Studio Calico that I couldn't stop!!

This little book is the We R Memories Keepers 4x4 album and it is just soooooo cute.  I'm going to order a few more because, seriously, they are just so cute!  And I love 2x2 photos!  They are fun and easy and are so small that you really don't have to worry about embellishing them or even journaling!

Ok...here we go...all 24 pages!  I won't walk you through the whole album, but let me know if you have any questions about products or process or what not!

Eeeeeek!  I just can't stop looking at it!!  I love all of the layers and different elements!  And Marcy, well...she is the bees knees to me.  I swear she makes magic!

Happy Friday!
xoxo

  2. This. Is. GORGEOUS.

Seriously, just amazing. I'm planning on making a mini book to document our summer and I *thought* I had a great concept but this just blew my idea out of the water!

I love that there's a mish mash of design and texture and depth and size and color and embellishments, but it doesn't feel cluttered or kitschy or heavy at all.

    SO, SO GREAT!

    1. Thanks Carol! Most of the products used were from the Studio Calico Jet Add-on a few months ago. I also sprinkled in some of Shimelle's new line and few other odds and ends I had in my craft room!

  9. oh yes these album are just so cute, I've started a few month ago and I had to order a 2nd one :-), but I'm looking for a 2x2 square punch to fill the pages, I have order 2, and both are the wrong size ( even if they both promise me a 2x2 inch square cut) do you know one that cut square to fit the pages ? thank you !

    1. Hi Patricia! Thanks so much for your comment!! I love these little albums! They are so easy and fun to make! And unfortunately, I don't have a square punch I can recommend. I usually just eyeball it with my paper trimmer! :)
