Inspired By...An Online Workshop

I often get asked what inspires me, and I have a hard time answering that question because it changes all the time.  Sometimes a certain piece of artwork will inspire me; sometimes I'm inspired as I walk the Christmas aisles at Target; sometimes a photo strikes something in me.  Inspiration really is all around.  

With inspiration in mind, I teamed up with some of my favorite scrapbookers to bring you an amazing online workshop, Inspired By.  This workshop focuses on inspiration pieces and how they help formulate, or inspire, a scrapbook page.  There are TEN process videos with corresponding PDFs included as a part of this workshop and I promise you that each video will be unique and awesome.

The cost of the class is $15 and you can register over at Shimelle's site.  By purchasing the class you'll have access to TEN videos, accompanying reference PDF, bonus printable and cut file downloads, and a private message board to discuss things with the contributors, chat with other participants, and share your own work.  There are also some gorgeous bonus downloads: printables and cut files designed by Wilna and Jen.

L'Atelier Scrap Workshop

I was so incredibly honored to be a part of the L'Ateleier Scrap Workshop in Barcelona!  I've "met" a lot of the ladies through Instagram and my blog over the past year, but actually seeing them face to face was just amazing!  The workshop was a full day of crafty fun and I love every minute of it!  Everything about the day was awesome and I really could have started all over again on Monday with another workshop!  I love teaching and sharing my process and I hope everyone enjoyed the day as much as I did!!

There were piles and piles of beautiful goodies about the room!  Lots of gold and pops of pink (my favorites!!).

Lots of scraps and messy piles and hard working ladies!

Gossamer Blue and Glitz Design provided some goodies for the girls and I loved seeing their products scattered around each workspace!

Each person created two layouts and one mini album.  I loved getting a little glimpse of everyone lives.  I saw so many beautiful children, wedding photos, pets and the like.  Just a lovely day and a wonderful experience!

And while the projects were fun to make, meeting all of these awesome ladies was the icing on the cake!!

Sneak Peeks: L'Atelier Scrap Workshop

In just a few days, I will be flying over to Spain to spend some good quality time at L'Atelier Scrap to help them celebrate their first anniversary!! I am so excited and I can't wait to get there!!  Putting together my projects for the class has been so darn fun!  The supplies are just amazing and I have so many fun ideas to share with the ladies!  I have two layouts and one mini album and they are all full of pretty colors and sparkles!
