Day By Day | Mix It Up

I'm so excited to share my newest class, Day by Day | Mix It Up, with you today! This class is all about my process for creating Project Life mini albums and books!!  If you've been wanting to get started with mini albums, or just want to learn some new and unique ways to create your books, I hope you will join me!!

I'll be putting together a 4x4 mini album in this class stuffed full of photos, extras, interactive bits and more!!  I love mini albums and this 4x4 size is my very favorite! It's an easy size to start and finish, and you can use 4x6 or 4x4 photos, which is always a plus for me!!

I'll be using the class kit + a few extras for my album and I hear the kit is selling fast, so add it to your cart if you are interested!

Join Me In InstaEdits!

Happy Monday! I have a BRAND NEW class up at Big Picture Classes today called InstaEdits and I hope you will join me!!  This class is all about my favorite editing apps and how to make your photos pop! 

In the class, I'll walk you through my process for editing with the Pic.Tap.Go app, A Color Story app and Photoshop Express app! These three are my go-to when editing with my phone and I love the ending result! 

I'm also sharing a few of my favorite ways to get those photos OFF of your phone and onto your walls and albums!  It's going to be an awesome time and I hope you will pop on over into class and join me!

Holiday Craft Party at Big Picture Classes

Hey hey!

Document your days with me!

I am so excited to share my next class at Big Picture Classes with you!  It's called Photo-A-Day | 01 and it's full of photo ideas, tips, camera settings and editing advice!!  If you are looking for a little creative nudge as we finish out this year, this is it!!  Grab your cameras and join me in the classroom! It's going to be an amazing time!!  

In addition to 30 photo prompts (which you could totally use as starting points for document your December), I also am including TWO projects that I made with this photos.  One is a traditional scrapbooking layout (with an interactive element, of course), as well as one "non-traditional" photo book!

Let's Make A Mini

Today is the BIG day!!  My mini book class at Studio Calico is live and the lessons are up and waiting for you!! If you have ever thought about making a mini, but weren't sure where to start, then please please please come join me!  I promise you it's so super easy and SO much fun!!

In the class, I seriously will walk you through my entire process - from start to finish!  I put together EIGTH (crazy, right) videos of my process that range from organizing and photo printing to creating collages and album covers!  I'm a very visual person, so actually seeing a process is so much better for me!  

So...if you are too, then come and hang out with me!!! 

Here's a little peek at my album...  It's about a 7x5 inch cover and the inside pages range from teeny tiny (ok - about 2x2 inches) to 8x6 inches!!  

I hope you will print your pictures and come make a mini with me!!  The class includes a message board, so feel free to leave me messages here or there and I will get back to you!!

Plan on It

I am super excited to be a contributor for the Plan On It class at Studio Calico!  If you've followed along with me this year, you probably know by now that I love my memory planner!  I'll be sharing two lessons in the class - one about how/why I use my memory planner and than a more detailed lesson showing you how I set up my weekly pages!

The class is jam-packed with amazing contributors who all have a different take on planners! Eri Suzuki is the main instructor and her style and so amazing!  I can't to see her lessons and get lots of new ideas for my planner!

Happy Birthday Mini at Big Picture Classes

I'm so excited to be sharing a few peeks at my NEXT class at Big Picture Classes - a Birthday Mini Album!! This class is all about creating a clipboard style mini album full of your favorite memories!  I used some of Maggie's new Confetti collection (which is available over in the BPC shop -yay),  for this fun little birthday mini, but you really could create a mini like this for just about anything!!

PAINT.PLAN.PLAY

Workspace with Marcy Penner

Marcy is one of my favorites and I am so honored to be a contributor to her new class Workspace at Studio Calico!  Marcy's workroom is one of the very first rooms I stumbled upon when perusing Pinterest for ideas and I immediately fell in love.  My workspace is definitely heavily influenced by Marcy and her amazing organizational skills.  She's got mad organizational skills...seriously!!

pop off the page v2 at studio calico

i am so excited to be a part of studio calico's pop off the page v2 with jen jockish.  jen jockish is super amazing and the first pop off the page class was awesome!  i'll be featuring my project life album and how i incorporate layering into my weekly spreads.

Join layering expert Jen Jockisch for this sequel to last year’s popular class and learn how to layer your paper and embellishments to add detail, dimension and visual interest to any project.
